operator and scope
cto-legends (cto-legends.com) is operated by AVALON RESET LLC. Contact: quest@cto-legends.com. These terms govern the cto-legends website, the optional creator-tip mechanism (one-time, monthly recurring, and yearly recurring), optional voice messages, and the member and workspace access portal.
creator tip · content already provided
cto-legends offers an optional creator tip paid to AVALON RESET LLC for Benjamin's original creative and engineering content already provided. At checkout you choose one cadence: monthly recurring, yearly recurring, or one-time. “Recurring creator tip” means only the monthly or yearly path. Older screens or records may call this creator tip provision; provision means only the creator tip defined here and has no separate commercial meaning.
Content already provided: at checkout, and at each renewal of a recurring creator tip, the charge compensates the body of Benjamin and AVALON RESET LLC creative content and work already made available by that billing date. It does not prepay, purchase, or require future content or services. A one-time creator tip is assessed only at the single charge date for value already provided as of that date.
Chosen amount: every displayed amount across the binary ladder ($1 through $524,288) is the same creator tip at a self-selected amount and cadence. Paying more, or choosing monthly, yearly, or one-time, changes only the amount and billing cadence. It creates no additional right, benefit, status, priority, treatment, or relationship.
Nothing future is bought: the creator tip buys and promises no future output, goods, services, consulting or advisory hours, access, membership, seat, rank, standing, influence, privilege, governance, ownership, equity, revenue share, email, sales call, proposal, negotiated scope, reply, or special treatment. Any separate technical advisory or done-with-you development engagement is a distinct arrangement initiated by direct inquiry and is never prepaid or purchased through the creator-tip mechanism.
Separate access: public content and any separate cto-legends, Skool, GitHub, community, or platform access exist independently of the creator tip. The creator tip does not obtain, preserve, enlarge, or terminate that access. A separate Skool payment, if offered, is a different transaction governed by the terms shown for that Skool purchase.
Commercial payment: the creator tip is a commercial payment to AVALON RESET LLC and is recorded as business revenue. It is not a charitable donation, personal or peer-to-peer transfer, fundraiser, crowdfunding pledge, loan, security, equity, or investment. AVALON RESET LLC is not a tax-exempt charity and does not issue charitable-contribution receipts.
billing, cadence, cancellation and refunds
Billing and cadence: at checkout you choose an amount and one cadence: monthly recurring, yearly recurring, or one-time. For a monthly path, by accepting the recurring-charge authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through Stripe, to charge that amount immediately and automatically every month until you cancel. For a yearly path, by accepting the recurring-charge authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through Stripe, to charge that amount immediately and automatically every year until you cancel; a yearly path is one charge per year, not monthly installments of a yearly total. For a one-time path, by accepting the one-time authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through Stripe, to charge that amount once today; a one-time creator tip is not a subscription, does not renew, and authorizes no recurring renewals. There is no trial or minimum term on any path. For monthly and yearly paths, the next scheduled charge date is shown at checkout and in your acknowledgment. We will not change your existing amount or cadence without your new affirmative consent.
Changing amounts: you may have one monthly creator tip and one yearly creator tip for the same verified email, alongside repeat one-time creator tips. Each recurring category is managed independently. Starting or changing one category does not replace the other, and a one-time creator tip changes neither subscription.
Cancellation: for a monthly or yearly creator tip, cancel at any time at https://cto-legends.com/cancel or through the Stripe billing-management link in your receipt. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. A one-time creator tip does not renew and requires no cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse a completed charge; refund requests are governed by the refunds clause below. Cancellation does not change access to public content or any separately obtained community access. If the self-service route fails for a recurring path, email quest@cto-legends.com before the next renewal.
Refunds: you may request a refund of a creator-tip charge (monthly, yearly, or one-time) within 30 days after the charge by contacting quest@cto-legends.com. A refund request for a yearly charge concerns that completed yearly charge; it is not a promise of pro-rata residual periods, access, or future content. We also correct duplicate or unauthorized charges and issue refunds required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. This does not limit rights provided by law or your card issuer.
voice messages
After signing in with GitHub or Google, you may optionally record and send a voice message to Benjamin. By submitting a voice message, you grant AVALON RESET LLC, cto-legends, and Benjamin a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works from the recording and your name, voice, and username in any media now known or later developed (including YouTube, social platforms, the site, marketing, advertising, and remixes), with no payment, credit, or obligation to use the message. You keep ownership of your recording; this is a license, not a sale. Your email address and private account identifiers are not part of the publication license unless you separately provide them for publication. You represent that you are 18 or older, that the recording is original to you (or you hold all necessary rights), and that it does not include anyone else without their permission. Sending a voice message is optional and does not buy access, tips, or replies.
member portal, repositories and highlevel workspaces
Use an account you control and keep sign-in links, sessions, and agent tokens private. Portal benefits (including repository invitations, community channels, and GoHighLevel sub-account workspaces) depend on verified membership eligibility and the applicable provider's requirements. Past and active eligible members retain base workspace access after recurring Skool membership ends, provided the qualifying membership payment was not refunded, disputed, or reversed.
Workspaces are provisioned as sub-accounts under AVALON RESET LLC's HighLevel agency account. AVALON RESET LLC provides workspace provisioning solely to eligible members and has no contractual relationship, support duty, service commitment, or warranty to your clients or end users. When you operate a workspace, you are solely responsible for all content, contacts, campaigns, funnels, automations, AI agents, and communications stored or sent through your workspaces, and you must comply with all applicable telecommunications (TCPA, A2P 10DLC), anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, CASL), and privacy laws. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AVALON RESET LLC from third-party or client claims, carrier fines, chargebacks, or penalties arising from your workspaces.
Base workspace provisioning has no extra monthly subscription fee from cto-legends. HighLevel requires a valid payment method inside the workspace during setup and bills usage charges, telecommunications and messaging fees, carrier registrations, AI usage, and optional add-ons with rebilling enabled on the sub-account. AVALON RESET LLC may suspend, restrict, or retire any workspace to address non-payment, chargebacks, carrier or spam complaints, security risks, or threats to our agency account standing.
ai agents and acceptable use
cto-legends publishes open-source CLI modules and supports browser agent tools (WebMCP) and authenticated agent API access. Any action submitted through your signed-in session, pairing code, or agent token is attributed to you as your authorized action. Do not misuse the site, scrape private portal data, flood queues, or access systems without authorization.
eligibility, changes and contact
Adults only (18+): cto-legends, including its Skool community and creator-tip mechanism, is only for people 18 and older. By joining cto-legends or authorizing a creator tip, you represent that you are at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement, and authorized to use the payment method.
Changes: we may update these terms prospectively and identify the new effective date. Posting revised terms alone does not alter a completed charge or authorize a new charge; a different creator-tip amount or cadence always requires new affirmative consent. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
