operator · cto-legends is operated by AVALON RESET LLC. contact: quest@cto-legends.com.
creator tip · cto-legends offers an optional creator tip paid to AVALON RESET LLC for Benjamin's original creative content already provided. at checkout you choose one cadence: monthly recurring, yearly recurring, or one-time. "recurring creator tip" means only the monthly or yearly path. older screens or records may call this creator tip provision. provision means only the creator tip defined here and has no separate commercial meaning.
content already provided · at checkout, and at each renewal of a recurring creator tip, the charge compensates the body of Benjamin and AVALON RESET LLC creative content already made available by that billing date. it does not prepay, purchase, or require future content. a one-time creator tip is assessed only at the single charge date.
chosen amount · every displayed amount is the same creator tip at a self-selected amount and cadence. paying more, or choosing monthly, yearly, or one-time, changes only the amount and billing cadence. it creates no additional right, benefit, status, priority, treatment, or relationship.
nothing future is bought · the creator tip buys and promises no future output, goods, services, access, membership, seat, rank, standing, influence, privilege, governance, ownership, equity, revenue share, email, sales call, proposal, negotiated scope, reply, or special treatment.
separate access · public content and any separate cto-legends, skool, community, or platform access exist independently of the creator tip. the creator tip does not obtain, preserve, enlarge, or terminate that access. a separate skool payment, if offered, is a different transaction governed by the terms shown for that skool purchase.
commercial payment · the creator tip is a commercial payment to AVALON RESET LLC and is recorded as business revenue. it is not a charitable donation, personal or peer-to-peer transfer, fundraiser, crowdfunding pledge, loan, security, equity, or investment. AVALON RESET LLC is not a tax-exempt charity and does not issue charitable-contribution receipts.
billing and cadence · at checkout you choose an amount and one cadence: monthly recurring, yearly recurring, or one-time. for a monthly path, by accepting the recurring-charge authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through stripe, to charge that amount immediately and automatically every month until you cancel. for a yearly path, by accepting the recurring-charge authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through stripe, to charge that amount immediately and automatically every year until you cancel; a yearly path is one charge per year, not monthly installments of a yearly total. for a one-time path, by accepting the one-time authorization you authorize AVALON RESET LLC, through stripe, to charge that amount once today; a one-time creator tip is not a subscription, does not renew, and authorizes no recurring renewals. there is no trial or minimum term on any path. for monthly and yearly paths, the next scheduled charge date is shown at checkout and in your acknowledgment. we will not change your existing amount or cadence without your new affirmative consent.
changing amounts · you may have one monthly creator tip and one yearly creator tip for the same verified email, alongside repeat one-time creator tips. each recurring category is managed independently. select another amount in that category on this site and confirm the change in stripe. the new amount applies at that subscription's next renewal, preserving its renewal date with no additional charge today. starting or changing one category does not replace the other. a one-time creator tip changes neither subscription. the dashboard displays both current recurring amounts, and either subscription can be canceled independently at the end of its current billing period.
cancellation · for a monthly or yearly creator tip, cancel at any time at https://cto-legends.com/cancel or through the stripe billing-management link in your receipt. cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. a one-time creator tip does not renew and requires no cancellation. cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse a completed charge; refund requests are governed by the refunds section. cancellation does not change access to public content or any separately obtained community access. if the self-service route fails for a recurring path, email quest@cto-legends.com before the next renewal.
refunds · you may request a refund of a creator-tip charge (monthly, yearly, or one-time) within 30 days after the charge by contacting quest@cto-legends.com. a refund request for a yearly charge concerns that completed yearly charge; it is not a promise of pro-rata residual periods, access, or future content. we also correct duplicate or unauthorized charges and issue refunds required by law. refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. this does not limit rights provided by law or your card issuer.
billing communications · the creator tip buys and promises no email. separately, google or github sign-in adds the provider-verified address to the cto-legends email list and causes AVALON RESET LLC to send the first quest invitation. if you later sign in with a different verified email, marketing follows the latest active address and stops to the previous one unless you return to it. an explicit unsubscribe stays in force for that address. if you reply or otherwise ask to continue, AVALON RESET LLC may send quests and information about cto-legends offerings, including free or paid skool communities. marketing messages identify the sender and include an unsubscribe method. stripe or AVALON RESET LLC may separately send receipts and operational messages about authorization, payment, renewal, failed payment, cancellation, refunds, or material billing changes. those billing messages stay with the stripe customer for the email that authorized the tip and do not move because the browser session switched.
changes · we may change this offer prospectively. posting revised terms alone does not alter a completed charge or authorize a new charge. we will give direct notice of material changes and obtain any consent required by law. a different amount or cadence always requires new affirmative consent.
voice messages · after google or github sign-in, you may optionally record and send a voice message through cto-amp. by checking the voice-message consent box and selecting send, you grant AVALON RESET LLC, cto-legends, and Benjamin a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works from the recording and your name, voice, and username in any media now known or later developed (including youtube, social platforms, the site, marketing, advertising, and remixes), with no payment, credit, or obligation to use the message. you keep ownership of your recording; this is a license, not a sale. your email address and private account identifiers are not part of the publication license unless you separately provide them for publication. you represent you are 18+, the recording is original to you (or you have all rights), and it does not include anyone else without their permission. we may refuse, delete, or ignore any message. sending is optional and does not buy access, tips, or replies. nothing in this section authorizes a materially false or misleading endorsement.
eligibility · cto-legends, including its skool community and creator-tip mechanism, is only for people 18 and older. by joining cto-legends or authorizing a creator tip, you represent that you are at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement, and authorized to use the payment method. anyone under 18 may not join and may be denied or removed.
